This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair – USA®, located at 3520 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 350, Atlanta, GA 30305 (“Sponsor”).  During the course of the 2008 IWF Fair to be held at the Georgia World Congress Center from August 20-23, 2008 (the “Event”), Sponsor will conduct drawings for the prizes identified below from eligible entries received from individuals attending the Event (each individual authorized to enter the promotion on behalf of his/her company, an “Entrant”).  Prizes may be used toward the purchase or lease of merchandise, products, equipment or services (collectively, “Merchandise”) from an authorized Event exhibitor. In addition, winning Entrants will each receive an individual prize, as identified below, and an entry into a drawing for a chance to win a special prize.

The Promotion is governed by these official rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  Laws in certain jurisdictions may prohibit participation in promotions of this nature.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants in order to comport with applicable law. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to be bound these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the promotion and decisions of Sponsor are final in all respects.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.   

Eligibility:  Open to individuals 18 years or older: (i) who are “Industry Professionals,” and (ii) who attend the Event on behalf of a company in the Industry.  For purposes of this Promotion, “Industry” means the woodworking or furniture supply business, and “Industry Professional” means an individual engaged in or working for a company in the Industry. Sponsor, contracted authorized Event exhibitors, and their respective personnel, employees, and each of their respective families and all persons living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering this Promotion, each Entrant represents and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate in the Promotion, has obtained any required permission from his or her employer or applicable third party to participate in this Promotion and accept the prize award, and participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the prize does not violate any agreements or obligations that he or she may have with his or her employer or any third party or any applicable laws or association rules or regulations applicable to the Entrant. ALL ENTRIES WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED ON BEHALF OF THE ELIGIBLE BUSINESS ENTITY IDENTIFIED ON THE ENTRY FORM.  ANY EMPLOYEE SUBMITTING AN ENTRY ON BEHALF OF HIS EMPLOYER MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM HIS/HER EMPLOYER TO SUBMIT THE ENTRY FOR THAT ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE.  ENTRANTS SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO HAVE ENTERED IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.  SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AN ENTRANT UPON THE REQUEST OF THAT ENTRANT’S EMPLOYER.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Entrant.  

Promotion Period:  Promotion begins at 7:30 am ET August 20, 2008 and ends at 9:30 am ET August 23, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).  

To Enter:  Visit the Event during the Promotion Period. Individuals who registered [for the Event] will receive a pre-printed official entry form.  Individuals who did not register in advance for the Event may complete an official registration/entry form which may be obtained in the International Boulevard Lobby or the Northside Drive Lobby of the Georgia World Congress Center during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry form used.  To enter, deposit one fully completed official entry form in the specially designated entry box prior to the drawing times listed below. After depositing the entry form, Entrant will receive one entry into the Promotion for the prize drawings as provided below. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, damaged, or incomplete entries.  No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an Entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry.

Prizes:

Company Prizes.

First Prize. Three (3) first prizes to be awarded. Each first prize is a $10,000 gift voucher to be used by the potential winner’s company towards the purchase or lease of Merchandise from a contracted authorized Event exhibitor(s). (ARV: $10,000).  Prize must be redeemed as set forth below.

Second Prize. Nine (9) second prizes to be awarded. Each second prize is a $5,000 gift voucher to be used by the potential winner’s company towards the purchase or lease of Merchandise from a contracted authorized Event exhibitor(s). (ARV: $5,000).  Prize must be redeemed as set forth below.

Third Prize. Thirty (30) third prizes to be awarded. Each third prize is a $1,000 gift voucher to be used by the potential winner’s company towards the purchase or lease of Merchandise from a contracted authorized Event exhibitor(s). (ARV: $1,000).  Prize must be redeemed as set forth below.

Individual Prizes.  Forty-two (42) prizes to be awarded. Prize is a $100 gas gift card redeemable at a national retail chain to be selected by Sponsor. (ARV of each prize: $100).  Gas card terms and conditions apply.

Special Prize. One (1) special prize to be awarded.  Prize is a 42 inch flat screen television, style and brand to be selected by Sponsor. (ARV: $1500).

Company Prize Redemption. In order to claim a company prize, the potential winner must finalize a sale or lease of Merchandise from an authorized Event exhibitor(s) within 30 days after the final day of the Event.  The potential winner must submit original proof of purchase from the sale or lease of Merchandise to Sponsor within 30 days after the close of the sale or lease of such Merchandise by: sending a copy of the original Bill of Sale for the Merchandise to IWF, Attn: Special Promotions Department, 3520 Piedmont Road, Suite 350, Atlanta, Georgia 30305.  Upon receipt of proof of purchase, provided that the potential winner has otherwise complied with these rules, Sponsor will send that potential winner payment in the form of a check payable to the business entity selected to receive the prize in an amount equal to the lesser of the prize award value or the total retail value of Merchandise purchased or leased.  While a potential winner may aggregate purchases from multiple authorized Event exhibitors, if the total value of Merchandise purchased or leased exceeds the prize award, the winner will only be entitled to receive the prize award amount. Further, in the event total value of Merchandise purchased or leased does not reach the total prize award, winner is not entitled to the difference between the actual value of the prize award and the retail value of Merchandise purchased or leased, as evidenced by proof of purchase submitted.

ALL TAXES REQUIRED TO BE PAID UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.  Prize may not be transferred or combined with any other offers and no cash or other substitutions will be made.  Except for the prize value, the winner will not receive any additional monetary compensation or acknowledgement for participation in the Promotion. 

Prize Drawings: 

Daily Drawings. Prize drawings will be held on or about 10:00 am EDT each morning of the Event after the first day (each such drawing a “Daily Drawing”). One (1) first prize winner, three (3) second prize winners, and ten (10) third prize winners will be randomly selected at each Daily Drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the Daily Drawing time.  The Entrant whose company is selected to receive a first, second or third company prize will receive one (1) Individual Prize. Non-winning entries remain eligible for subsequent Daily Drawings.

Special Prize Drawing.  Each eligible Entrant receiving an Individual Prize will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Special Prize Drawing to be held on or about 12:00 pm EDT on August 23, 2008.  One (1) Special Prize winner will be randomly selected.

Potential winners will be contacted by telephone according to the contact information provided by that participant and potential winners’ names will be posted around the Event exhibition space.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond timely within seven (7) calendar days following notification, or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited.  Potential winners will be required to submit a Statement of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form along with required proof of purchase as described above, or the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited.  All prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries is received or if all potential winners cannot be contacted according to the contact information provided by that potential winner.

Additional Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.  Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Promotion or disqualify any entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if Sponsor suspects tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the Promotion and selecting a winner from among that portion of the Promotion that has not been compromised, if any.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability:

BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR, AND ALL ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY PRIZE. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENT CONTAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Publicity and Use of Information:  By submitting an entry, each winner grants Sponsor and those acting under its authority permission to use the winner's name, likeness, or comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.   By entering this Promotion, Entrants understand that Sponsor may use Entrant’s information (including e-mail address) for marketing purposes and to provide Entrant with information about Sponsor services and special offers. Entrant expressly consents to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s information for such purposes.
