IWF announces prize drawings to be conducted at IWF 2008 totaling $105,000 in prizes; eligible IWF 2008 attendees may enter for a chance to win one of 42 prize vouchers which may be used toward the purchase of products from exhibitors at IWF 2008

“The industry is going through some tough times and the IWF Board of Directors has approved a promotion to award up to $105,000 in prize awards to eligible IWF 2008 attendees through prize drawings. Prize awards may be redeemed toward the cost of products purchased from contracted authorized exhibitors at IWF 2008. This is a great opportunity for industry members to buy new products,” said Charles R. (Tommy) Tomkins, IWF 2008 Chairman and President of Cresent Fine Furniture Company, based in Gallatin, Tennessee.
“The government has put together a program for taxpayers to take advantage of the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 with new incentives for equipment investment. IWF wanted to give our attendees some added incentive by contributing $105,000 to be awarded in prize vouchers for winners selected in the drawings to use toward the purchase of products from contracted IWF 2008 exhibitors. There will be one $10,000 prize voucher, three $5,000 prize vouchers and ten $1,000 prize vouchers given away each day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during IWF 2008. Prize vouchers will be awarded through random drawings to eligible companies attending IWF 2008. As an added incentive, we will be giving away $100 gas card prizes to the company representative listed on the entry form of each company which is selected to win a prize. There will also be a special prize drawing for a chance for those same company representatives to win a 42 inch flat screen television,” added Tomkins.
To redeem their prize, drawing winners will need to provide IWF with proof of purchase for purchases made from contracted IWF 2008 exhibitors. Purchases must be made 30 days from the end of the show.
